At Poseidon, we are extremely passionate about the quality of our work and how this leads to the recent successes of our business. From client services to the filming itself, many factors all come together under our wing to ensure the best services are provided to you.
Our team are a close group and have a large set of skills such as photography, videography, directing, producing, marketing and post production editing. We specialise in both photos and videos for brands which can be used on their social media or website. From product photos to full high production videos, we deliver in line with and above the industry standard to enable our clients to gain the edge over their competition.
We actively collaborate with, and are open to partnering with, industry professionals and brands to complete our projects which may have more complexity than our normal work. However with our talented team and equipment, we ensure that all deliverables will be completed on time and will meet the expectation.
Q: Why did you start producing content in the creative space?
I originally started producing photos and videos for myself for the fun and passion of it. Throughout my first year of creative work, I was able to gain the ‘hands on’ experience necessary to rival my knowledge of camera equipment. From there, my content began getting noticed on social media platforms and I stepped into a space where I could monetise my work with various small scale brands/individuals.
Q: How did you gain favour with potential clients over your competition?
I have an experienced background in finance, specifically corporate accounting and auditing. This has meant that I have multiple years of experience with communicating my needs to important individuals or businesses, and has led me to garner a deeper understanding of verbal/written communication. I have been able to apply this knowledge when discussing with my clients to gain an understanding of the specific content they are looking for and their situation. In a plethora of scenarios, I have gained an advantage over my competition during the tendering process.
Q: What are your enjoyments outside of production?
Outside of my life in this space, I attend the gym 5/6 times a week to act as a few hours of peace and relaxation after a hard day’s work. I also enjoy sports such as football, boxing and I am a 2nd degree black belt in taekwondo which is something I worked towards over many years (this allowed me to train with the England International Team!) . Skiing is also a big part of my life and I partake in this every year in the winter time!
A little bit about the directors at Poseidon…

Q: Why did you start producing content in the creative space?
I fell in love with the idea that I could bring someone’s vision to life, and that their creative imagination could become a reality through my work. Whether this be video, photo or graphics, I love creating work that brings a smile to the faces of my customers. Being focused mainly on video, I feel that I can accurately provide visuals for a brand which align with their expectations. The joy that I get out of making a client’s idea come to life from my creative spark is one of the best feelings, and it is what I strive to achieve. I think myself lucky to embrace these feelings with every project that I work on.
Q: How did you gain favour with potential clients over your competition?
With the deliverables that I produce, I feel that I have a different editing style from most which results in my work having a fresh feel to it in comparison to your average run of the mill video. I am happy to align my creativity with what our client(s) are looking for, and with both of these factors together, I feel that I can create the perfect blend of creativity and professionalism.
Q: What are your enjoyments outside of production?
Besides my production and editing work, I love training in boxing and going to the gym, as I find it very relaxing to get the emotions from the day out, and have a break from working. As a result, I have found a good work-life balance and can release any stress or negative emotions out through my training. In addition I have a passion for music, and it follows me everywhere I go. I always feel the vibe with whatever genre is playing and it is a way to boost my overall mental health and everyone’s mood around me!
